This was an excellent course and you got knowledge checked after each time.  I also like have the option to get a food handlers card mailed to me.  In 3 years I will be taking this course again.

Easy to follow and learn

You can go at your pace and rewind or pause to take notes.  You can also revisit topics, if needed.  The explanations were easy to understand and follow.  I prefer this to in-person classes.  It is convenient and easy to do.
